Who publishes Zoraveli
zoraveli.uk is published by ZIOURAVLI ENTERPRISES LIMITED, registered in the Republic of Cyprus under number HE 200351, registered office Evagora Papachristoforou 18, Petoussis Bros Building, 3rd floor, 3030 Limassol, Cyprus.
- Readers and the contact form: [email protected]
- Legal questions, personal data and partnerships: [email protected]
Zoraveli does not offer gambling and holds no Gambling Commission licence. It publishes information about licensed operators and may receive a fee if someone who follows one of its links goes on to register with that operator.
Who is responsible for your data
The controller of personal data collected on this site is the business named at the top of this page, a company registered with the Registrar of Companies of the Republic of Cyprus. Questions about this notice can be sent through the contact form, choosing the subject about personal data, or to the address for legal questions shown at the top of this page.
Messages sent through the form
When you write to us, the form collects your name if you give it, your email address for the reply, the subject you choose, the operator and page you mention, if any, and your message. To limit spam, the site keeps a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for one hour and then discards it. The message is delivered to the site’s mailbox and is not stored on the website itself.
Google Analytics, Google Ads and Consent Mode
With your permission only, the site loads the Google tag for two purposes: Google Analytics 4, which counts visits and pages read as totals, and Google Ads, which measures whether our own adverts bring readers to Zoraveli. Google Consent Mode v2 is set to “denied” by default, so neither tool stores anything or runs until you accept it in the storage panel.
One entry is kept in your browser’s local storage without asking, because the site needs it to work: kt.consent remembers your storage choice. The full list is on Cookie choices.
Why we may use your data
We do not make decisions about you by automated means, and we do not sell personal data.
- Consent — Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads measurement. You can withdraw it at any time through “Cookie choices”.
- Legitimate interests — keeping the site secure and working, server logs and protecting the form from abuse.
- Replying to your request — handling a message you send us and keeping a record of a data protection request.
Who receives the data
Data is shared only with the services that run the site for us: the hosting provider, Cloudflare for network delivery and security, the email provider, the company that supports the site technically and, if you consent, Google. Some of that processing by Google and Cloudflare can take place in the United States. Such transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, with its UK Extension (the data bridge) for readers in the United Kingdom, or, where that does not apply, by the EU standard contractual clauses together with the UK Addendum to them.
How long it is kept
| Data | Kept for |
|---|---|
| Messages sent through the form | Up to 12 months |
| Server logs | Up to 30 days |
| Your storage choice | 12 months, then the panel asks again |
| Google Analytics 4 data | Up to 14 months, then deleted |
| Records of data protection requests | Up to 6 years |
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict or object to its use and to receive it in a portable form. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what happened before. Use the contact form with the personal data subject, or the legal address shown at the top of this page.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus, which supervises the publisher. Readers in the United Kingdom have the further option of a complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator.
Changes to this notice
If the way we handle data changes, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it.
