What to write to us about
For a changed fact, please name the file, the row and the place where you read the newer wording.
- A licence detail, limit, break option, withdrawal rule or support channel in a casino file that no longer matches the operator’s pages.
- A question about why a ledger row is on record, partly on record or not confirmed.
- A page, link or table on Zoraveli that does not work on your device.
- A request about personal data, or an advertising matter.
What we cannot do
Zoraveli cannot see, open or change any player account, and it has no say in an operator’s decisions about payments, checks or closures. If you have a dispute with an operator, raise it through the operator’s own complaints process first. If it is not settled within eight weeks, the dispute resolution service named in the operator’s terms can look at it free of charge. Complaints and ADR sets out each step.

How your message is handled
