At a glance

Deposit limits, the Take a Break and Self-Exclusion tools, a UK-only Reality Check, the withdrawal rules and the document checks are on record. The licence and support rows are partly on record, and loss or stake limits are not confirmed: we did not find them on the pages we could read.

BoyleSports in the Controls ledger

  • On record — the operator publishes it for customers in Great Britain, and the casino file says where and when we read it.
  • Partly on record — published with a gap or a caveat that the casino file explains.
  • Not confirmed — we could not read it on the operator's own pages. It means unknown, not missing.

Which BoyleSports address we link to, and why

BoyleSports runs several web addresses, and not all of them belong to the licence. The Gambling Commission’s register lists boylesports.com, casino.boylesports.com, vegas.boylesports.com, boylecasino.com and others as active domains for the account. Our “Visit site” button points to casino.boylesports.com because it is on that list.

The address boylesports.co.uk looks like the natural UK choice, but it does not appear on the register for this licence, so we do not link to it. The register also leaves one practical question open: whether casino.boylesports.com or www.boylesports.com/casino is the address that serves the UK casino lobby. Both sit under domains the licence holder has declared, but from our location neither lobby opened on 28 October 2026, so which one players in Great Britain land on is not confirmed.

Because the lobby did not open, we also cannot describe the game range. We do not list games we have not been able to see. If the selection matters to you, look at the lobby yourself once you are on a domain from the register.

Boylesports Enterprise on the public register

The licence holder is Boylesports Enterprise, based in Dundalk, Ireland, under Gambling Commission account 39469. Its Casino Remote licence has run since 1 November 2014, and the same account also holds bingo and betting licences. An Irish base does not change the rules you play under: to serve customers in Great Britain, Boylesports Enterprise needs a Commission licence and must meet its conditions just as a London firm would.

When we read the register on 28 October 2026, it showed the licence as active and no regulatory action against the account for 2024–2026. So why is the licence row only partly on record? Our ledger asks for two things: a clean regulatory record and the licence holder’s name on the operator’s own pages. The second part failed for a reason on our side. The licence line sits in the footer of the casino site, and that footer did not load for us, so we could not read the name there.

That is a gap in our reading, not a warning sign. It is also easy for you to close: scroll to the foot of the casino page, find the licence line, and check that it names Boylesports Enterprise and account 39469.

Deposits, withdrawals and the £/€10 minimum

BoyleSports’ payments article lists Visa Debit, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, PayPal, Paysafe, Google Pay, Apple Pay and bank transfer, as well as cash in its own shops. Credit cards are not accepted, in line with the British ban on paying for gambling by credit card that took effect on 14 April 2020.

The withdrawal rules are on record. The support centre gives a minimum of £/€10 for every method. The double currency is there because the same help articles serve customers in both the UK and Ireland; for a sterling account it reads as £10. Money returns to the method you used to deposit, the closed-loop rule, so a deposit by one e-wallet comes back to that e-wallet. The operator quotes 2–5 working days as its normal timing, depending on the method. We give that as the operator’s figure, not as a promise.

Once you request a withdrawal, you cannot reverse it. That is a Gambling Commission rule for every licence holder since 31 October 2021, not a policy choice. BoyleSports’ support centre also has an article on the subject, which we did not go through line by line.

Withdrawal path

Verification, request, processing, payment — in the operator's own words, summarised. Any timing is the operator's estimate, not a promise from us.

  1. Verification

BoyleSports can ask for proof of age, address and bank account at any point, not only at sign-up.

  2. Request

Its support pages give a minimum of £/€10 for every method.

  3. Processing

Money is returned along the deposit route (closed loop). The operator describes its own processing time; we do not repeat it as a promise.

  4. Payment

The standard timing quoted by the operator is 2–5 working days, depending on the method.

Paying in, as the operator describes it: Visa Debit, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, PayPal, Paysafe, Google Pay, Apple Pay, bank transfer and cash in its shops; credit cards are not accepted (as UK rules require).

Controls the operator lists

Proof of age, address and bank account — at any time

In Great Britain, age and identity need confirming before any gambling starts. BoyleSports’ support centre adds that it may ask for documents proving your age, your address and your bank account at any time, not only when the account is opened. The identity row is on record because the operator states this in writing.

In practice, “at any time” means a request can arrive in the middle of normal play or just before a withdrawal. Neither is unusual. It helps to keep three things ready from the start: a photo ID, a recent document showing your address, and a statement or screenshot that shows your name with the bank account or card you use. If all three match the name on your BoyleSports account, a later request should be simple to answer.

The bank-account proof is linked to the closed-loop rule. Because a withdrawal can only travel back along the route your deposit came in by, the operator needs to know that the card or account is yours. A card in a partner’s name, or an old account you have since closed, is the kind of detail that slows a withdrawal down, so pay in only from an account in your own name that will stay open.

The controls BoyleSports lists, and the one we could not find

BoyleSports describes its tools in two places: a separate safer gambling site and the support FAQ. Between them they cover four of the five control rows in our ledger. The table shows where each one is described and how we recorded it.

The missing row is worth a moment. We did not find a loss or stake limit on the pages we could open, which leaves the deposit limit as the money control we can point to. If you would rather cap losses than payments, ask support whether such a limit exists before you deposit, and set a deposit limit in any case. A cap on what goes in also caps what can be lost.

Breaks that reach beyond BoyleSports

Take a Break and Self-Exclusion apply to your BoyleSports account. We did not find the operator’s own wording about GAMSTOP on the pages we read, so that detail is not confirmed. The scheme itself is not optional for operators. GAMSTOP is national, every licensed online business in Great Britain has to honour it, and a single free registration lasts 6 months, 1 year or 5 years across all of them.

Many UK banks also offer a block on gambling payments from your card. A bank block and a GAMSTOP registration work well together, because one stops the account and the other stops the money. Our guide to limits and time-outs sets out how the different tools fit, and free help is gathered on our support and self-exclusion page.

Support channels and the complaints route

BoyleSports lists a webform and two further contact channels in its support centre. We did not find their opening hours, which leaves the support row partly on record. In practice, do not count on a reply at a particular time of day.

If you need to complain, write to BoyleSports first and keep copies of everything you send and receive. If the complaint is still open after 8 weeks, the operator’s terms name an alternative dispute resolution body you can turn to, free of charge. The Gambling Commission does not settle individual disputes, but you can still tell it about a problem. Our guide to complaints and ADR covers each step.

Whichever channel you use, note the date, keep the webform reference or a screenshot of the chat, and add any transaction number. Those details are what an ADR body asks for first.

The eight rows, one at a time

The support articles behind most of these rows were updated between 23 and 28 October 2026, and we read them together with the register on 28 October 2026. “Not confirmed” below means we could not read the point at the operator; it does not mean the control is missing.

  • Licence: partly on record — active, no regulatory action for 2024–2026, but the footer licence line was not readable for us.
  • Deposit limits: on record — covered in the support FAQ.
  • Loss, stake or session limits: not confirmed — not found on the pages we could open.
  • Time-out and self-exclusion: on record — Take a Break and Self-Exclusion are listed on the safer gambling site.
  • Play reminders: on record — the Reality Check is listed and described as UK-only.
  • Withdrawal rules: on record — minimum, closed loop and normal timing are published.
  • Age and identity checks: on record — documents for age, address and bank account may be requested at any time.
  • Support: partly on record — three channels, hours not confirmed.

Five minutes of checks before you open an account

Gambling costs money in the way any entertainment does; it is not a source of income. To see how another long-standing licence holder records the same rows, open the LeoVegas file; for a file built around an umbrella licence, see the Kwiff file.

  1. Confirm the domain Make sure the address is on the register list for account 39469, such as casino.boylesports.com.
  2. Read the footer Find the licence line and check that it names Boylesports Enterprise and 39469 — the step we could not complete.
  3. Set the deposit limit You will be asked for one before your first deposit. Choose the figure before you open the cashier.
  4. Switch on the Reality Check It is described as UK-only; the safer gambling site explains it, and support can tell you where to switch it on.
  5. Prepare your documents ID, proof of address and proof of your bank account, all in the same name.
