How this site works
Zoraveli records what licensed operators publish for players in Great Britain about limits, breaks, withdrawals, age checks and support. This page sets out how each entry is marked, where it comes from and where money enters the picture.
Updated Register read 28 October 2026

The Controls ledger and its three states
Every casino file opens with the same eight rows: licence and regulator record, deposit limits, loss, stake or session limits, time-out and self-exclusion, play reminders, withdrawal rules, age and identity checks, and support channels and hours. Each row carries one of three states, shown as a symbol and in words.
On record means the operator itself publishes the point for UK customers and we can name the page and the date we read it. Partly on record means something is published but with a gap or a qualification, which the row explains. Not confirmed means we could not read the point on the operator’s own pages. That marks the limit of our reading, not a missing tool.
The ledger has no overall score, no stars and no winner. A tally of states sits beside each operator on the home page so that you can see where the gaps are, not so that you can rank the businesses.
- Promotional offers are not assessed and not published on Zoraveli.
- How long an operator takes to process a payment is not assessed; where a file quotes a time, it is the operator’s own estimate.
- Look, feel, game choice and personal impressions are not assessed.
| Row | On record when… | Partly on record when… |
|---|---|---|
| Licence and regulator record | the operator's own pages name the licence holder and its Gambling Commission account, and the public register shows no regulatory action from 2024 to 2026. | the licence is active, but there is a regulatory action on the register for that period, or we could not read the licence holder's name on the operator's own pages. |
| Deposit limits | the operator explains how to set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on its UK help pages. | — |
| Loss, stake or session limits | limits other than deposits — losses, stakes or session length — are described by the operator. | — |
| Time-out and self-exclusion | the operator describes a short break (time-out) and a longer self-exclusion, with the periods it offers. | — |
| Play reminders | reality checks, time alerts or gameplay reminders are described for UK customers. | — |
| Withdrawal rules | the operator publishes its minimum withdrawal, how payment methods are matched (closed loop) and whether a request can be reversed. | only some of these points are published. |
| Age and identity checks | the operator explains when and how it checks age and identity, and which documents it may ask for. | — |
| Support channels and hours | contact channels and their opening hours are published. | channels are published, hours are not. |
Not confirmed applies to any row we could not read on the operator's own pages. It records the limit of our reading, not a missing tool.
Why the list follows licence dates
Operators appear in the order in which their current Casino Remote licence started, earliest first. Where two start dates are the same, the lower Gambling Commission account number comes first. Dates come from the register read on 28 October 2026.
A date is a fact anyone can check and carries no judgement: a higher place means only an older licence, not better controls.
The order used across the site
- LeoVegas — Casino Remote licence since 1 November 2014, Gambling Commission account 39198 (LeoVegas Gaming PLC)
- BoyleSports — Casino Remote licence since 1 November 2014, Gambling Commission account 39469 (Boylesports Enterprise)
- Kwiff — Casino Remote licence since 1 December 2016, Gambling Commission account 44448 (Eaton Gate Gaming Limited)
- bet365 — Casino Remote licence since 17 October 2019, Gambling Commission account 55149 (Hillside (UK Gaming) ENC)
- Buzz Casino — Casino Remote licence since 31 March 2023, Gambling Commission account 57594 (Buzz Bingo Digital Limited)
- Casumo — Casino Remote licence since 21 December 2023, Gambling Commission account 61549 (Recro Limited)
Rows follow the start date of each operator's current Casino Remote licence, earliest first; where two dates match, the lower Gambling Commission account number goes first. A higher place says nothing about quality.
What we read, and how it is dated
Two kinds of source feed every row. The first is the Gambling Commission public register: the licence holder’s record, its account number, the licences it holds, the domain names it lists and any regulatory action. The second is the operator’s own published material for UK customers: terms and conditions, help centre articles, responsible gambling pages and support pages.
Forum posts, player stories and other comparison sites are not used as evidence. Each casino file lists its pages and reading dates in its “Sources and dates” panel.
Re-reading the sources
We re-read the register before each update of a casino file, and we read the operator’s pages again for any row we change. A state moves only when the newer wording has been read at the source; a message telling us that something has changed starts that check but does not replace it.
Operators edit their pages without notice; if their text and ours differ, the operator’s current terms apply to your account.
Advertising on Zoraveli
The comparison on the home page carries the label “Advertising”, and the “Visit site” buttons are advertising links. It sits above the ledger because commercial arrangements shape the whole comparison.
Advertising can decide which operators appear in the ledger and whether a file has a “Visit site” button. It cannot set the state of any row, change a fact in a casino file, move an operator up or down the list or buy a sentence on this site.
Zoraveli also buys adverts of its own in Google search. How those adverts are measured, and only with your permission, is explained on Your privacy and Cookie choices.
Where the money comes from
Zoraveli is paid a commission by an operator when someone follows a link from this site and opens an account there. The link carries a reference that tells the operator which site sent the visit. The amount and the way it is worked out are agreed with each operator or its affiliate programme; they are not shown on the site.
Following a link adds no charge from Zoraveli. Once you reach the operator, its own terms, privacy notice and cookies apply. No operator pays for the content of a row.
Telling us about a mistake
If a row no longer matches what an operator publishes, or a register detail has changed, write to us through Get in touch and choose the subject about a changed fact. Name the casino file and the row, and say where you saw the newer wording.
We compare the report with the operator’s page or the register entry. If the source confirms it, we correct the row, change its date and keep the wording neutral. If not, the row stays and the reply says what we found.
