At a glance

Five of the eight ledger rows are on record: deposit limits, a loss limit, a time-out with self-exclusion and GAMSTOP, a gameplay reminder, and withdrawal rules. The licence row and identity checks are partly on record, because the licence line in the site footer and the full verification process could not be read. Support channels and hours are not confirmed.

Buzz Casino in the Controls ledger

  • On record — the operator publishes it for customers in Great Britain, and the casino file says where and when we read it.
  • Partly on record — published with a gap or a caveat that the casino file explains.
  • Not confirmed — we could not read it on the operator's own pages. It means unknown, not missing.

Buzz Casino and the bingo brand beside it

Buzz Casino is run by Buzz Bingo Digital Limited, a company based in Nottingham, under Gambling Commission account 57594. Its Casino Remote licence dates from 31 March 2023, and the same account also holds a bingo licence. The register lists two trading names — Buzz Bingo and Buzz Casino — and two active domains, www.buzzcasino.com and www.buzzbingo.com.

In practice the casino lives next to an established bingo brand. Much of the player information, including the safer gambling pages and the withdrawal articles, sits in a help hub on the bingo domain and serves both sites. When this file quotes the help hub, it means that shared hub.

The casino runs on a Playtech platform. We do not list individual titles: the game range is whatever the operator shows in its lobby on the day you visit.

Two addresses are worth knowing. www.buzzcasino.com is on the register and answered normally when we checked, so that is the address the operator link uses. buzzcasino.co.uk redirects to the bingo site, so we do not use it. If you arrive at a Buzz page another way, look at the address bar before entering any details.

Age checks, and the extra checks the help hub mentions

Under Gambling Commission rules, every licence holder must establish who you are and that you are over 18 before you can gamble, and the Commission expects those checks at the start rather than at the point of withdrawal.

The Buzz help hub adds one thing: it warns that further checks may be needed before a withdrawal is released. It does not describe the full process — which documents, at what stage, or what triggers a request — so the identity row is partly on record.

You can reduce the chance of a hold-up with a little care at sign-up. Use your legal name and current address, make sure the payment method you use is in your own name, and have a sharp photo of your passport or driving licence ready, plus a document from the last few months that shows your address. None of this changes the operator's rules, but it means you are ready if the hub's warning applies to you.

If a check is requested, ask exactly which document is needed, send it once through the route the operator gives, and note the date you sent it. That record is useful if the matter later becomes a complaint.

Deposit Limit, Loss Limit and Gameplay Reminder

The safer gambling section of the help hub lists three controls that shape a session before it starts. They are worth telling apart, because each one stops a different thing.

A deposit limit and a loss limit can look alike, but they cover different situations. If you pay in £50 and withdraw part of a balance, a deposit limit still counts the full £50; a loss limit looks at what has actually been lost. Setting both gives you a ceiling on money going in and a ceiling on money gone.

The gameplay reminder covers the third dimension, time. Online slots in Great Britain already have their own rules — no more than £5 per spin (or £2 for anyone 18–24), no autoplay and a minimum time per spin — but none of those tell you that an hour has passed. A reminder does.

None of these controls makes gambling a way to earn. Treat the figures you set as the price of an evening's entertainment that you are happy to pay in full.

  • Deposit Limit — puts a ceiling on the money you add. From 31 October 2025, every licence holder in Great Britain must prompt a new customer to choose a deposit limit before money first goes in, so this is usually the first figure you choose.
  • Loss Limit — caps how much you can lose, which is a different measure from what you deposit. Buzz is one of the operators in the ledger with a loss limit on record.
  • Gameplay Reminder — as the name says, a prompt that interrupts play; check in your settings how often it appears and what it shows, so time does not slip by unnoticed.

A time-out that covers both Buzz sites

The help hub describes a time-out from 1 day to 6 weeks, and it applies to both buzzcasino.com and buzzbingo.com. That detail is easy to miss and useful to know: if you take a break from the casino, the bingo site is closed to you for the same period, so a break cannot be sidestepped by switching brands within the business.

For a longer stop, the hub lists Self-Exclusion, and the Buzz safer gambling page explains GAMSTOP. The table sets out how the three differ.

OptionLengthWhat it covers
Time-out1 day to 6 weeksBoth Buzz sites, as the help hub describes it.
Self-ExclusionNot recordedBuzz’s own longer block; its periods and reach were not part of what we recorded.
GAMSTOP6 months, 1 year or 5 yearsEvery online licence holder in Great Britain, Buzz included.

Money in, money out at Buzz Casino

The help hub names three ways to pay in: debit cards (Visa Direct and Mastercard Send), PayPal and Paysafecard. The full list of methods was not confirmed. Credit cards are not an option with any licence holder in Great Britain; the ban on using them for gambling dates from 14 April 2020.

The withdrawal rules are on record, and they are specific. The minimum withdrawal is £5. Money goes back to the method you used to pay in — the closed loop. A withdrawal request cannot be reversed once made, which is also a rule for every licence holder since 31 October 2021.

One detail needs planning: Paysafecard is deposit-only. If you pay in that way, the money cannot come back the same route, so before you deposit, check in the help hub which method in your name would receive a withdrawal.

The hub gives 2–5 working days for some methods. We show that only as the operator's own estimate; checks on the account and your bank's handling can change it.

Verification, request, processing, payment — in the operator's own words, summarised. Any timing is the operator's estimate, not a promise from us.

  1. Verification

The help hub warns that further checks may be needed before a withdrawal is released.

  2. Request

Minimum £5; once requested, a withdrawal cannot be reversed.

  3. Processing

Money goes back to the method used to pay in; Paysafecard is deposit-only.

  4. Payment

The help hub gives 2–5 working days for some methods and about 24 hours for PayPal after approval, as the operator's own estimates.

Support: the row we could not confirm

The help hub answers a lot of questions, but on 28 October 2026 we could not confirm Buzz's own contact channels or their opening hours on the operator's pages. Some other websites quote hours for Buzz support; we do not use them, because they are not the operator's own words. The support row is therefore not confirmed.

When you open an account, find the contact option in the help hub or your account menu and note what is offered and when. If you ever need to complain, write to the operator first and keep copies. If 8 weeks go by without a resolution, the ADR (alternative dispute resolution) body listed in the operator's terms can review the complaint, and it costs you nothing. Our guide to complaints and ADR covers the route in full.

The eight rows, explained one by one

Each state in the ledger above comes from one rule applied the same way to every operator in it. Here is how those rules land for Buzz Casino, row by row.

  • Licence and regulator record — partly on record. Active licence, no action for 2024–2026; the licence line in the site footer could not be read.
  • Deposit limits — on record. Deposit Limit is listed in the safer gambling help hub.
  • Loss, stake or session limits — on record. A Loss Limit is listed in the same place.
  • Time-out and self-exclusion — on record. Time-out of 1 day to 6 weeks across both sites, Self-Exclusion, and GAMSTOP explained.
  • Play reminders — on record. A Gameplay Reminder is listed.
  • Withdrawal rules — on record. £5 minimum, closed loop, no reversal, Paysafecard deposit-only.
  • Age and identity checks — partly on record. Extra checks before a withdrawal are mentioned; the full process is not described.
  • Support channels and hours — not confirmed. Neither could be confirmed on the operator's pages.

A short check of your own before signing up

  1. Start from the right address Use www.buzzcasino.com, not a redirecting or look-alike address.
  2. Match the footer to the register Confirm the page footer names Buzz Bingo Digital Limited and account 57594, then search that number on the public register.
  3. Choose three figures Pick a deposit limit, a loss limit and a reminder interval before the first deposit, not after.
  4. Plan the way back If you would pay in with Paysafecard, decide now which method in your name would receive a withdrawal.
  5. Note the contact route Find the support option and its hours in your account, since we could not confirm them.
