Updated Register read 28 October 2026
At a glance
The licence row is on record: Casumo’s UK page and footer were read on 30 September 2026, and the register shows Recro Limited’s licence as active with no regulatory action for 2024–2026. The other seven rows — limits, breaks, reminders, withdrawals, identity checks and support — are not confirmed, because the operator’s pages did not open from our location on 28 October 2026. That is a limit of our reading, not evidence that the tools are missing.

Casumo in the Controls ledger
- On record — the operator publishes it for customers in Great Britain, and the casino file says where and when we read it.
- Partly on record — published with a gap or a caveat that the casino file explains.
- Not confirmed — we could not read it on the operator's own pages. It means unknown, not missing.
| Row | State | What we read |

Why most of this file says “not confirmed”
Every casino file on Zoraveli rests on what the operator publishes for players in Great Britain, read on a known date. For Casumo that reading came in two parts.
On 30 September 2026 we were able to read the UK page at casumo.com/en-gb/ and the footer that names the licence holder. On 28 October 2026, when we read the register and went back for the help pages on limits, withdrawals and support, the operator’s pages did not open from our location. The older articles we could find about Casumo’s rules were out of date, so we set them aside.
We do not fill those gaps from other websites, from memory or from what operators usually do. A row is on record only when the operator’s own current page says it. Where we could not read that page, the row says not confirmed — which means we do not know, not that the answer is no.
You are in a better position than we were on that date. Once you open the site yourself, most of the open questions in this file can be answered in a few minutes from Casumo’s own terms and help pages. This is also why the Casumo file carries less operator detail than the other five: the gap sits in our reading, and the file says so openly.
Recro Limited and the earlier Casumo licence
Casumo is run in Great Britain by Recro Limited, based in Swieqi, Malta, under Gambling Commission account 61549. Its Casino Remote licence has been active since 21 December 2023, and the domain on the register is casumo.com. The UK pages sit under /en-gb/; casumo.co.uk only redirects there.
The brand had a different licence holder before. Casumo Services, account 39265, appears on the register as surrendered — the licence was given up, and it no longer authorises anything. That is why Zoraveli lists Casumo by the 2023 date and places it last in the ledger order, which follows licence dates and is not a ranking.
The change has a practical side. Terms, articles or emails that name Casumo Services describe the earlier licence. When you read the current terms, the company named should be Recro Limited and the account number 61549, matching the register entry.
What the register says today
The register read on 28 October 2026 shows the Casino Remote licence for account 61549 as active, and no regulatory action for 2024–2026. Together with the UK page and footer read in September, that is enough for the licence row to be on record — the only row in this file with that state.
A clean register entry tells you the licence is in force and that the Commission has published no action against this licence holder in that period. It does not tell you how deposit limits or withdrawals work in practice; that is what the other seven rows are for.
You can check both facts yourself in a couple of minutes: search the public register for account 61549, open the licence summary, and then open the page listing regulatory actions for the same account.
What a UK licence requires of any operator, Casumo included
Some protections do not depend on reading Casumo’s pages, because they are conditions of every licence in Great Britain. The list below states rules of the market. It is not a description of how Casumo has put them in place, which remains not confirmed.
| Rule for every licence holder | In force since | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Age and identity checked before you can gamble | Commission expectation | Checks belong at sign-up, not when you ask to withdraw. |
| Prompt to set a deposit limit before the first deposit | 31 October 2025 | You choose a figure before any money goes in. |
| Withdrawal requests cannot be reversed by the player | 31 October 2021 | Money you ask to withdraw cannot be pulled back and played. |
| No credit cards for gambling | 14 April 2020 | You pay with a debit card or another permitted method. |
| Online slot stake cap of £5 a spin, £2 for ages 18–24 | 9 April / 21 May 2025 | Applies on every UK slot, whatever the site. |
| Taking part in GAMSTOP | Condition for online licence holders | A single registration shuts every one of them for the period you pick: 6 months, 1 year or 5 years. |
Limits, breaks and reminders we could not read
Four rows of the ledger deal with controls you set yourself: deposit limits; loss, stake or session limits; time-out and self-exclusion; and play reminders. For Casumo all four are not confirmed for October 2026.
The deposit limit prompt before a first deposit is a rule for every licence holder, so you should meet it when you open an account. Whether Casumo offers daily, weekly or monthly periods, a loss or session limit, or a reminder during play is something to check in the account settings or the responsible gambling section of the site.
For a break, GAMSTOP works regardless of what any single operator publishes. If you want a pause from Casumo alone, look for a time-out or self-exclusion option in your account and note the periods it gives. Our guide to limits and time-outs explains how each type of control usually differs, so you know what to look for.
- Deposit limit: which periods you can choose — day, week or month — and whether a lower figure applies at once.
- Loss, stake or session limits: whether any are offered, and what each one measures.
- Time-out and self-exclusion: the shortest and longest periods, and whether a block reaches any other site.
- Reminders: whether a reality check can be switched on, and how often it appears during play.
Payments and withdrawals at Casumo: open questions
Payment methods, the withdrawal minimum, how withdrawals are routed back to the deposit method, and any fees are all not confirmed. Older articles described these points, but they were out of date, and the current pages did not open for us on 28 October 2026.
Two things hold whatever Casumo’s pages say. Credit cards cannot be used, and a withdrawal request cannot be cancelled by you once made. Everything else — which methods you can use, the smallest amount you can take out, and whether the money returns by the same route — should be read in the current terms before your first deposit. If a set of terms names Casumo Services rather than Recro Limited, it belongs to the earlier licence and is not the version to rely on.
The withdrawal path below lists no stages for this operator, for the same reason: we would rather leave the stages out than fill them with rules we could not read.
Withdrawal path
Verification, request, processing, payment — in the operator's own words, summarised. Any timing is the operator's estimate, not a promise from us.
We could not read Casumo's current withdrawal rules: on 28 October 2026 the operator's pages did not open from our location, and the older articles we found were out of date. Gambling Commission rules still apply to every licence holder — for example, a withdrawal request cannot be reversed by the player — but the minimum, the methods and any fees stay not confirmed until we can read them.
Paying in, as the operator describes it: Not confirmed.
Controls the operator lists
We could not confirm which controls Casumo lists on its own pages in October 2026. Every online licence holder in Great Britain takes part in GAMSTOP and must offer a deposit limit when an account is opened; our guide to limits and time-outs explains both.
Support channels: Not confirmed.
Support, complaints and help from outside the operator
Casumo’s support channels and their hours are not confirmed. When you open the site, find the contact option and note what is offered and when, before you need it. Save every reply you receive and note the date of each contact.
The complaints route is the same for every licence holder. You raise the complaint with the operator first and keep copies. Once 8 weeks have passed without a settlement, the ADR (alternative dispute resolution) body that the operator’s terms name can look at it, without charge. Our complaints and ADR guide sets out each step.
Help with gambling itself does not depend on the operator at all. The National Gambling Helpline is free and open around the clock, and our support and self-exclusion page lists other free services.
How the eight rows came out
On record (1): licence and regulator record — the UK page and footer were read on 30 September 2026, and the register shows an active licence with no action for 2024–2026.
Not confirmed (7): deposit limits; loss, stake or session limits; time-out and self-exclusion; play reminders; withdrawal rules; age and identity checks; support channels and hours. Each of these could not be read on the operator’s pages in October 2026.
No row is partly on record, because we did not hold partial current wording for any of them. Any later reading will be listed with its own date under Sources and dates.
